Course Duration:
4 days of workshops – virtual and face to face
+ 4 days of project work and support meetings

Learn more about the Dementia Knowledge to Action Program
The Dementia Knowledge to Action Program develops participants to become Guides, who can lead, coach, and influence within their care settings. They work directly with your teams to enhance dementia practice at the point of care. By investing in a Guide who can implement rapid change and improvement, your organisation can become a preferred care provider for families and carers of people living with dementia.
To be considered for the program, organisational management are required to meet with the DTA management team to complete a short readiness assessment. Upon successful completion they will nominate participants to join the program. To be a Dementia Guide, eligible participants must be nominated representatives working with people living with dementia in a professional capacity.
Delivered over a 4-month period and participants are required to complete the following components:
