Leading Quality Dementia Care
This program explores the benefits of self-leadership to thrive in an organisation, by supporting people living with dementia, in partnership with families and staff. The four learning modules in this program cover self-leadership, communication, trust and stress management.

Suitable for:
Australians working in direct care roles within aged care, health care and community care, who have a foundational level of understanding of working with people living with dementia.
Course Duration:
Delivered over 5 weeks comprising of 5 hours for virtual classroom participation (2 x 2 hour sessions, and 1 x 1 hour session) and 2 hour for online learning (4 x 30 minutes).
