The video is suitable for anyone working in a dementia care environment.

Learning Outcomes

This video aims to help learners:

  • understand what we mean by ‘responsive behaviours’ in relation to dementia
  • recognise potential causes of responsive behaviours, and
  • identify strategies using the PIECESTM approach to help improve the wellbeing of people living with dementia.
